"I Regret That I Cannot Be of More Assistance"
On April 9, 2008, U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta personally invoked grand jury secrecy to refuse a victim's attorney information about the Epstein case. The NPA was signed 82 days later. The victim's lawyer was still asking for a copy three months after that.

3.7 Million Redactions
The FBI's own processing guidance says only victim names get redacted. The DOJ's Epstein file release contains 3,696,921 opaque redaction boxes. Either all 3.7 million are victim names, or someone overrode the guidance. The FBI created a dedicated payroll code for the job.
Zero Tolerance for Everything Except Epstein
Pam Bondi served as Florida Attorney General for eight years while the FBI's Epstein case was active, agents were traveling internationally, victims were suing in Florida courts, and her own office was funding victim services in Palm Beach County. She took no action.
